A valid driving licence, an ID or passport, and a credit card in the renter's name are sufficient. An international driving permit is recommended for foreign drivers.
For car and campervan rentals, a deposit is held as a block on your credit card. The hold is released once the vehicle is returned undamaged and on time.
You can cancel your booking from your account. The refund amount is calculated according to our tiered cancellation policy based on the time remaining before pick-up.
All vehicles are rented with compulsory traffic insurance and basic damage protection (CDW). Additional packages that reduce the excess can be selected during booking.
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank at your chosen location and is expected to be returned the same way. Rental is charged per day; late returns incur an extra-day fee.
The button on each listing works as online booking or a quote form based on the admin setting. For quote-enabled listings, our team sends a tailored price based on dates and details.
We accept secure online payments by credit and debit card. Payments are protected with 3D Secure and can be processed in multiple currencies.
