2. Basic Features of the Service

The type, nature, rental period and delivery and return conditions of the rented vehicle/service are stated on the relevant reservation page and in the order summary.

3. Price and Payment

The total price of the service including all taxes (₺ TRY), any deposit amount and the payment method are clearly shown to the Buyer at the order stage. Additional charges (extra driver, extra km, fuel, etc.) are notified in advance.

4. Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for car rental and similar services that must be provided on a specific date/period. Cancellation/refund is subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

5. Cancellation and Refund

6. Complaints and Objections

The Buyer may submit requests and complaints to Gönnetlioğlu's contact channels; the right to apply to legal remedies is reserved.
